Gene Ontology enrichment

Test whether GO terms are over-represented in a submitted collection-specific gene list using a one-sided hypergeometric test and Benjamini–Hochberg correction.

Paste up to 500 gene, mRNA, CDS, or protein identifiers separated by spaces, commas, or new lines. To analyze a raw sequence, identify it with BLAST first. Transcript and protein suffixes are normalized to their parent gene.
Enter record identifiers

GO enrichment accepts identifiers such as scaffold1.g00001. A long string made only of A, C, G, and T is a DNA sequence and belongs in BLAST.

Examples for the selected collection: Chr01.g00016, Chr01.g00017, Chr01.g00018, Chr01.g00019

GO assignments are computationally inferred from eggNOG-mapper. Result exports record the selected genome collection, background size, statistical method, and portal release.
